Collaboration with the Washington School Research Center on mathematics education and state mathematics education policy.

Development of clinical out-placements for medical students at Ilorin University Medical College in Nigeria.

Development of the United Arab Emirates Academy in Abu Dhabi.

Discussions toward the development of new universities in Hanoi and Saigon.
